The Mercer County Commission is seeking letters of interest for the position of Prosecuting Attorney for Mercer County. Applicant must have a degree from an accredited law school and an understanding of criminal and civil law.
Applicant must be a registered Republican for at least one year prior to January 2026 and be willing to run for office in the May 2026 primary election.
Letters of interest will be accepted in the office of the Mercer County Commission until Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
