Mercer Communications Center serves as a Public Safety Answering and Dispatch Point for Police, Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management Services for Mercer County.
Mission: It is the mission of the Mercer County Emergency Communications Center to enhance the quality of life of every person in Mercer County, West Virginia, by processing emergency 911 and non-emergency calls for service in a prompt, courteous, professional manner; striving for efficiency; to help save lives, protect property, and to assist the public and public safety response personnel; making Mercer County a safer community in which to live, work, and visit.
