The Authority’s Board of Directors is comprised of five volunteer members who are appointed to four-year terms in accordance with WV Code 22C-4-3: one by the Secretary of the D.E.P, two by the Mercer County Commission, one by the Mercer County Conservation District, and one by the P.S.C. Mr. Paul Canterbury is a charter member of the board, having served since its inception in January 1989. The MCSWA meets monthly on the 4th Monday (dates may vary if regular date falls on a holiday) . The members serve with no compensation.
