  • Change Order #1 reducing the contract price by $9,596.12 approved unanimously.

Mercer County Airport – FAA Workforce Development Grant

  • Letter of Support for FAA Grant Application approved unanimously.

American Rescue Plan – Riff Raff Arts Collective

  • Approved $25,000 to Riff Raff Arts Collective (MC-23-9).

American Rescue Plan – Bluefield Baseball Club, Inc.

  • Approved $50,000 for ADA compliance improvements to Bluefield Baseball Club, Inc. (MC-23-12).

E911 Rate Increase Public Meeting #5 – Green Valley-Glenwood VFD

  • Residential Rate Increase: $0.75 per month, assessed once a year for five years
  • Commercial Rate Increase: Increase from $3.00 to $8.00 per month for the first eight lines, then $1.00 per line
