REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
April 30, 2026
Lashmeet PSD held their regular meeting on April 30, 2026.
In attendance were: Mickey Hurst, Chairman, Kathy Martin, Treasurer, Shirlene Westrope, Secretary and Stacy Fowler, Thompson & Fowler
Mickey opened with prayer.
Stacy gave updates on current projects.
Mary Branch is temporarily on hold while market volatility is assessed.
Stovall Ridge – Nubbins Ridge – Camp Creek completed the field research for WV DEP. Fifteen total residents provided interviews and allowed sampling to be completed. All data was complied and submitted to the WV AML Office.
Brickyard Road continued the application process for design phase funds for the project.
Hiawatha-Springton T&L received the US Fish and Wildlife for environmental clearance from the WV AML. Continued with the Final Design Phase. Continued preparing permit applications. Easements have been provided to the Project Attorney for ownership research and easement preparation. Multiple times he promised completion. Geotechnical subconsultant completed the final report. No issues. Waiting on US Army Corps of Engineers requirements.
Cornbread Ridge continue the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report.
Kathy will be paying the following: Rent $150 Box Rent $162

$2.05 Great American Insurance refund.
Received reimbursement from WVAW $4,087.23
Make deposit from one of our accounts to another to keep it active.
Mickey signed the DEP Reports.
Voted and approved AML Grant Sub-Recipient for Payment #8 for Hiawatha-Springton in the amount of $90,622.00
