Lashmeet PSD held their regular meeting on AUGUST 21, 2025.
Attendees: Mickey Hurst (Chairman), Kathy Martin (Treasurer), Shirlene Westrope (Secretary). and Stacy Fowler (Thompson & Litton)
Stacy discussed Bid Opening for Mary Branch that occurred on August 7. Bid was 3.1 Million over projected amount. Board voted and approved to reject bid and rebid.
Stovall Ridge-Nubbins Ridge-Camp Creek finalized the Preliminary Engineering Report. Continue the field research for AML eligibility determination. Stacy will contact Region One to advertise for accounting, legal and administration; IJDC needs these to be appointed.
Brickyard Road – No change
Hiawatha-Springton – T&L received and addressed comments on the Preliminary Design. Completed the Preliminary Engineering Report for non-AML Funding. We approved for Stacy to proceed with Final Design and Associate services. Stacy going to IJDC meeting on Tuesday 8/26.
Rent $150
Received $23321.79 from WVAW.
All info has been turned in to the Auditor.
