REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
February 26, 2026
Lashmeet PSD held their regular meeting on February 26, 2026.
In attendance were: Mickey Hurst, Chairman, Kathy Martin, Treasurer, Shirlene Westrope, Secretary and Jason Roberts, Hannah Norman and Ash from Region One were on the phone
Jason started meeting by asking if we were interested in doing income survey to see if any of our projects or future ones may be eligible for HUD. Region One would build the necessary paperwork but we would be responsible for getting someone to do the door to door inquiries. Board suggested they contact Stacy.
Region One questioned how we chose Stacy to do the PER for Cornbridge Ridge. They will contact Stacy to offer their help in following the proper channels.
Received check in the amount $33,462.90. Kathy will deposit tomorrow. Shirlene told Region One to notify Ben of the deposit.
Old Business: Mickey tried to talk to Winfrey 3 times over the past month with no results. Sharon has been helpful but we’re not getting any response. Winfrey will be out of town next week. Sharon has easements. Winfrey is the problem.
Payments made: Rent $150, Lively $125
Stacy did not attend meeting due to illness. Received written reports on all the projects.

Next County Commission meeting is March 4.
Next board meeting March 19, 2026.
Kathy closed meeting with prayer.
