Present:

Megan McPeak – Approved as Deputy Clerk for Mercer County Circuit Clerk’s Office

Approved retention of Patrick Peavy, Jr., as Administrator for the estate.

- Approved $500 from Hotel/Motel funds
Bluefield State University – United Nations Day Celebration
- Approved $2,000 from Video/Lottery funds
Mercer Day Report Center – Dell Laptops
- Approved $6,300 from Courthouse Equipment funds

The Commission entered and exited executive session without taking votes.

Approved exonerations, invoices, and corrections for assessments on various properties.
