The trail leads to the confluence of Brush Creek and the Bluestone River. Continue on the trail as it bends around. You won’t have to search for the final waterfall, as it intersects the trail. At the end of the trail, you’ll reach the Bluestone River, where the upper falls are partially visible, along with several smaller falls and cascades descending from above.

Walk the trail down the east side of the creek for 0.25 miles to reach the main falls and Nature Conservancy Preserve. The preserve is located on Brush Creek Falls Rd., near Athens, WV.
